How does the dashboard know my voice?

During setup we ask you a few questions about your business, your audience, and how you talk to customers. We also scan your website (if you have one) so we can pick up the way you actually write. Every post we draft uses that voice profile, and you can edit any post before it goes out.

What if I don't like a post that was generated for me?

Accepted Answer

Edit it, regenerate it, or delete it. Nothing publishes without your approval. The dashboard is meant to give you a starting point, not the final word. The more posts you tweak and approve, the better the next batch gets at sounding like you.

Can I import my brand guide or past posts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. During setup we'll scan your website to pick up your voice and what you sell. After that, you can upload brand documents from the Documents page. We use everything you give us when we draft new posts.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Accepted Answer

No. Your business details and your posts are yours. We don't share your content with the model providers we use for training, and we don't sell your data.

Can I run multiple businesses on one account?

Yes. You can create separate organizations under the same login, and each one keeps its own connected accounts, calendar, and content. Billing is not separate: one $25 flat plan covers every organization you create, so adding another business doesn't add to the bill. Switch between them from the organization selector at the top of the dashboard.

How do I cancel?

Open the Billing section in the dashboard and cancel anytime. No phone calls, no support tickets, no retention dance. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT (MCP)?

Open Connect via MCP in the dashboard sidebar and follow the steps there. Once it's connected, you can draft, edit, and schedule posts straight from a Claude or ChatGPT conversation. Same for any other MCP-aware client.

What's actually different about you vs. Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later?

Most schedulers hand you an empty calendar and ask you to fill it. We hand you a full one. You answer a few questions about your business, and your calendar fills with posts ready to review. From there, you edit, swap media, or regenerate. The scheduling part works like the others, you're just starting with content instead of a blank slate.
