Subscription Model

Greenwood Social is one flat plan. $25 a month covers your whole social presence across all nine platforms, with no per-platform fees and no capacity limits. Every plan includes unlimited businesses, unlimited connected accounts and unlimited teammates. The plan includes 300 AI-written posts a month, and you can buy a pack of 300 more for $9 if you need them. Publishing itself is never limited. Annual billing is available at 20% off.

Managing Your Subscription

  1. Open Billing in the sidebar
  2. Click "Manage billing & cancel" ("Manage Subscription" on older per-platform plans) to open the Stripe customer portal
  3. From here you can update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel

Video Archiving

Video archiving is included with your subscription. It automatically downloads and backs up your videos from TikTok and other platforms.

Add-ons

The Engagement Agent is available as an add-on for $20 a month, or $192 a year on an annual plan. It reads the comments and messages arriving on your Instagram Business or Creator accounts and Facebook Pages, and drafts replies for you. Add it from Billing, then switch it on for each account under Connected Accounts.

Advanced Analytics is also available as an add-on for $20 a month, or $192 a year on an annual plan. It extends your analytics history from 30 days to 12 months.

Adding an add-on takes effect right away, prorated for the rest of your billing period. If you remove one, you keep it until the end of the current period, and keeping it before then cancels the removal with nothing new to pay.

Per-Platform Plans

If you subscribed before the flat plan launched, your per-platform plan keeps working as it does today. You can add either add-on from Billing at the same price.
