Manage your subscription, view billing history, and understand the pricing model.
Subscription Model
Greenwood Apps uses a per-platform pricing model. You pay a monthly fee for each platform you want to post to. This means you only pay for what you use.
Managing Your Subscription
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe customer portal
- From here you can update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel
Free Trial
New users get a 7-day free trial for each platform. During the trial, you have full access to all features. After the trial ends, you'll need to subscribe to continue posting.
Video Archiving Add-on
Video archiving is an optional add-on that allows you to automatically download and backup your videos from TikTok and other platforms. This feature requires an active platform subscription and has its own monthly fee.
