Documents & Brand Knowledge

Generic AI writing sounds generic because it knows nothing about you. Upload your own material — brand guidelines, service descriptions, case studies, FAQs — and what we write draws on it.

How it works

  1. Upload a document from your organization's Documents page.
  2. We extract its text — including from PDFs, where the structure matters as much as the words.
  3. The content is indexed so it can be searched by meaning rather than exact wording.
  4. When we write for you, the relevant parts are pulled in as context.

Processing happens in the background. A large document takes a moment; you don't have to wait on the page.

What it changes

The difference is specificity. Without your material, generated posts describe a business like yours. With it, they use your actual services, your terminology, and the way you describe what you do — and they stop inventing plausible-sounding details, because the real ones are available.

It's worth uploading the things you'd hand a new employee in their first week.

Scope and privacy

Documents belong to the organization you upload them to and are used only for that organization's content. They aren't shared between organizations, and they aren't used to train anyone's models.

Delete a document and it stops informing new posts. Anything already written and scheduled stays as written.
