Metrics & Analytics

Your dashboard collects performance numbers from every connected account, so you can see how posts did without opening six apps. What's available differs by platform — sometimes a lot — and this page says exactly what to expect from each.

These are snapshots, not live numbers

We re-check your accounts every six hours and record what we find. A post's likes and comments here reflect the most recent collection, not this instant.

So the number here can differ from the one in the platform's own app, and on a post published minutes ago it usually will. That's expected. It also means you get a history: because we record each collection rather than overwriting, you can see how a post performed over time, which the platforms mostly don't show you.

Read from the same registry the dashboard uses — if a signal shows here, that's what your dashboard will show.

Why a number might be missing

  • The platform doesn't publish it. Bluesky has no view or reach counts for anyone — not to us, not to any tool. Nothing will change that but Bluesky.
  • It needs an approval we're still waiting on. Some platforms gate their richer numbers behind a review. Those show as coming rather than missing.
  • Your connection predates a permission we've since been granted. Reconnect the account and the numbers start arriving — this is the common one, and the account will tell you when it applies.
  • The account type doesn't get them. A personal LinkedIn profile has no analytics API at all; Company Pages are a different case.

Google Business is shaped differently

Google reports for the whole business location rather than per post — profile views, searches, calls, direction requests, website clicks. Those appear in their own section instead of the per-post cards, because there is no per-post number to show.

Metrics and archiving come together

The same collection that backs up your posts records their numbers. A platform we don't archive yet also has no per-post metrics — the two arrive as one.
