Connecting Social Media Accounts

Learn how to connect your social media accounts to Greenwood Social and start scheduling posts across all your platforms.

Supported Platforms

Greenwood Social supports connecting accounts from the following platforms:

  • TikTok - Personal and Business accounts
  • Instagram - Business and Creator accounts (sign in with Instagram; no Facebook Page needed)
  • YouTube - Channels with upload permissions
  • Facebook - Pages you manage
  • LinkedIn - Personal profiles. Company Pages are invite-only for now
  • Pinterest - Business accounts
  • X (Twitter) - Personal accounts
  • Bluesky - Personal accounts
  • Google Business - Business Profile locations, through the Google account that manages them

How to Connect an Account

  1. Navigate to Connected Accounts from the sidebar
  2. Click "Add Account" and select your platform
  3. Follow the OAuth authorization flow to grant permissions
  4. Your account will appear in the list once connected

Account Health

Each connected account shows its status. If a platform stops accepting a connection (for example after you change your password there), the account is marked as needing to be reconnected. Click Reconnect Account and approve access again.
