AI Insights

AI insights are part of the Advanced Analytics add-on, $20 a month. Add it from Billing; there is nothing else to set up.

Metrics tell you how a post did. Insights tell you why. Greenwood Social reads every post on a connected account — the caption, the cover image, and the transcript when we have one — and labels how it was made: the kind of hook it opens with, its tone, its format, and the call to action it ends on. Then it compares those traits against the account's own engagement to find what is working for you.

What a finding looks like

A finding reads the way the insight email puts it: “Question hooks earn 1.8× your average engagement. Measured across 14 of your posts, out of 52 analyzed.” Every finding carries three things: the lift against your own average, how many posts it rests on, and a confidence tier (high from 20 posts, medium from 10), so you can tell a pattern from a coincidence.

Lift is always measured against your account's own baseline, never against other accounts or an industry figure. What we report is what works for you, whether or not it would work for anyone else.

Where insights show up

  • By email. When a new finding clears the bar, we send it — at most every other day, during your daytime, and never a finding you have already been sent.
  • Through your AI assistant or the API. Ask Claude or ChatGPT what is working on an account over MCP, or call the analytics insights endpoint, and you get the headline findings plus the per-dimension evidence behind them.

What it needs from you

Nothing. Insights work from the posts already on the account, including ones published directly on the platform rather than scheduled here, and they cover the account's whole collected history rather than a trailing window.

An account with little engagement, or only a handful of posts, may produce no findings yet. That is the system declining to guess: a ratio built on three posts is a coincidence, not a pattern. Findings arrive as the history fills in.

Part of Advanced Analytics

The same add-on extends your analytics look-back from 30 days to 3 or 12 months, retroactively, because collection never stopped. For a Google Business account with more than one location it adds a side-by-side comparison of your locations, with the search terms and devices that bring customers to each. See Metrics & Analytics for what we collect on each platform.
