Greenwood Social Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with Greenwood Social in just a few steps.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit social.greenwoodapps.com and sign up with your email or Google account. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.
Once verified, you'll land on your dashboard where you can start connecting your social media accounts.
Step 2: Connect Your Social Accounts
Head to Connected Accounts in the sidebar and click Connect Account. Choose which platform you want to connect:
- TikTok – Connect via TikTok login
- Instagram – Connect via Facebook Business (requires a Facebook Page linked to Instagram)
- Facebook – Connect your Facebook Pages
- YouTube – Connect via Google account
- LinkedIn – Connect your profile or company pages
- Pinterest – Connect your Pinterest business account
- X (Twitter) – Connect via X/Twitter login
- Bluesky – Connect using an App Password
No billing required to connect accounts. You can connect as many accounts as you want without entering payment information. This lets you explore the platform and see how everything works before committing.
Step 3: Set Up Billing (When You're Ready to Post)
To actually publish posts to your connected accounts, you'll need an active subscription.
Go to Settings → Billing to choose your plan. Greenwood Social uses a simple per-platform pricing model:
- $5/month per platform – Only pay for the platforms you actually use
- Add or remove platforms anytime – Your subscription adjusts automatically
For example, if you connect TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, you'd pay $15/month total.
Step 4: Create Your First Post
Once billing is set up, you're ready to post. You have two options:
Quick Post
Click Create Post in the sidebar for a single post. Select your accounts, write your content, add media, and either post immediately or schedule for later.
Bulk Posting
For scheduling multiple posts at once, go to Bulk Posting and create a new session. This is perfect for:
- Planning a week or month of content in advance
- Repurposing content across multiple platforms
- Working with AI tools like Claude to generate content batches
