Greenwood Social Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with Greenwood Social in just a few steps.

Step 1: Create Your Account and Start Your Plan

Visit social.greenwoodapps.com and sign up with your email or Google account. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

Greenwood Social is one flat plan: $25 a month for unlimited social media accounts, clients and teammates across all nine platforms, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. You subscribe right after signing up, through Stripe, and you can cancel any time from Billing in the sidebar.

Step 2: Let the Wizard Write Your First Month

After you subscribe you land in the setup wizard. Tell it about your business, or point it at your website, and it drafts 30 posts in your voice for you to review. Keep what works and say what to change about the rest. Nothing publishes until you connect an account and schedule them.

Step 3: Connect Your Social Media Accounts

Head to Connected Accounts in the sidebar and click Connect Account. Choose which platform you want to connect:

  • TikTok – Connect via TikTok login
  • Instagram – Sign in with Instagram (a Business or Creator account; no Facebook Page needed)
  • Facebook – Connect your Facebook Pages
  • YouTube – Connect via Google account
  • LinkedIn – Connect your personal profile (Company Pages are invite-only for now)
  • Pinterest – Connect your Pinterest business account
  • X (Twitter) – Connect via X/Twitter login
  • Bluesky – Connect using an App Password
  • Google Business – Connect via the Google account that manages your Business Profile

Your plan covers every account you connect. There are no per-platform fees, so add as many accounts, clients and teammates as you manage.

Step 4: Create Your First Post

The wizard already gave you a month of drafts to schedule. When you want to add more, you have two options:

Quick Post

Click Create Post in the sidebar for a single post. Select your accounts, write your content, add media, and either post immediately or schedule for later.

Bulk Posting

For scheduling multiple posts at once, go to Bulk Posting and create a new session. This is perfect for:

  • Planning a week or month of content in advance
  • Repurposing content across multiple platforms
  • Working with AI tools like Claude to generate content batches
